Specifications include, but are not limited to: Vendor shall supply all labor, tools, transportation, materials, equipment and permits as necessary and required to perform services as described herein. The Vendor will work on an on-call basis with the State and will be available to provide work schedules to the State within three (3) business days of the pickup request and to conduct Scrap Tire Recycling services within five (5) business days of the request. A State agency may make arrangements with the Vendor for a regular collection of tires from a designated location. Such arrangement with the Vendor shall be in writing and the timeframe will be agreed upon by both parties prior to the start of any regular collection.
