Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Access Resource Center (ARC) located at South Campus is a centralized patient contact center with RNs dedicated to answering incoming patient calls between the hours of 6:30 am to 12:30 am Monday – Friday. On Saturday and Sunday, JPS Nurse Triage operates from 7:00 am – 12:30 am. With after-hours support, JPS has a 24-hour Nurse Triage Line which captured an estimated 50,000 calls annually during operating hours and 4,000 during after-hours support. We are looking for a vendor who can support our non-operating hours (currently 12:30 am – 6:30 or 7:00 am) which will be defined by use. We are also looking for support on defined holidays when our contact center is closed. We would also need support for monthly team meetings that would require attendance from our entire Nurse Triage team.
