Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contracted providers will be responsible for general pleadings, correspondence, and maintaining a complete administrative record of the proceedings to include pleadings, correspondence, evidence and submission made by the parties to the proceedings. ; Contracted providers shall be responsible for the quality of all services provided by any other attorneys, paralegals, clerks, or support personnel on behalf of the provider.; If additional coordination is required for the hearing, the County will assume responsibility for including any additional parties.; SLCoHD may desire to utilize contracted providers for additional types of issues that may require dispute resolution which are not specifically listed within this RFP.
