Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of Utah is looking at purchasing 4-3 Horse trailers and 4-2 horse trailers. We are budgeted with purchase cost under $115,000. These trailers would need to be built to withstand daily use with rugged wear and off-road conditions. They need to be built towards a “stock trailer” or “ranch trailer” theme, meaning the type of use that is expected to be put on them. Here is a list of the specifications that these these trailers are needing. We are hopeful that these trailers can built and in the process of delivery by the beginning of the year 2024. SIDE WALL- front 8’ 52” high sides, rest 20” solid above fender with tubing. SIDE GAP- 19” above solid metal sides open with (3) pipe welded horizontal as guard for livestock. TOP- round cap in front with half or full metal top. REAR GATE- butterfly or single rear gate with a slam latch (same cost). FENDERS- brush style fenders 11 GA- (2) ladders built in at rear corners under fenders. FENDER SUPPORTS- round supports to fenders. TACK DOOR- 30” tack door with (2) trays. TACK DOOR- RV style handle and lock. SADDLE RACK- swing out saddle rack (2 spots in horse & 3 in 3 horse). TACK COMPARTMENT- hooks, blanket bars standard.
