Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Nashua, Division of Public Works, is seeking bids for the NHSS Pedestrian Bridge Project. This project involves construction of a new pedestrian bridge near Nashua High School South, immediately west of the High School’s athletic fields to provide connectivity between Mine Falls Park and the school. The proposed pedestrian bridge consists of a 110’ span prefabricated steel truss with a concrete deck. The new substructure will be constructed behind the former bridge abutments and will consist of reinforced concrete abutment on helical piles. All pathways to the new pedestrian bridge will be paved as shown in the drawings and disturbed slopes will be loamed, seeded and replanted with trees as shown in the drawings.
