Specifications include, but are not limited to: The bareboat charter of a landing craft or other vessel capable of transporting equipment and materials between Kill Kare State Park and surrounding island state parks. Vessel for charter shall be a landing craft, barge and tug, or other vessel capable of: 1. Transporting equipment and materials, including but not limited to: a. Large cement and sewer trucks. b. Tractors, and other vehicles needed on the island state parks for operations. c. Trash from the island state parks. d. Materials and equipment with a combined weight of up to 25 (twenty-five) gross tons. 2. Loading and unloading equipment on boat ramps, beaches, and other un-developed areas in a safe, efficient manner.
