Specifications include, but are not limited to: The District seeks highly qualified contractors to provide Pipe Inspection and Cleaning Services. Requested services may vary on a task-by-task basis. Generally, the Contractor will provide on-call pipeline cleaning, inspection, and conditions rating services including: a) Project Mobilization 1. As requested by DISTRICT, this task consists of the mobilization of the Contractor’s equipment, project familiarization, and project kick-off. Mobilization may include: i. Project site kick-off meeting / site visit ii. Project familiarization and project management b) Inspection of sewers, culverts, force mains, toe drains, and other pipelines as requested 1. Inspection services may include cleaning and removal of debris c) Providing inspection video and video reports in NASSCO PACP format 1. CCTV operator must be NASSCO PACP certified. Proposal must include copies of operators’ certification. d) Providing Pipe Condition Ratings, as requested. This task will generally require: 1. Review and rating of CCTV videos i. PACP-certified reviewer must rate the pipes using the latest NASSCO PACP defect codes ii. Contractor will classify defects into two groups: operational and structural. 2. Contractor may be requested to create individual pipeline reports. This task will generally require: i. Reports created in Pipeline Observation System Management software or similar ii. Pipe inspection logs pointing out conditions of the pipes, including asset names of each pipe provided to the contractor by the Project Manager. iii.
