Specifications include, but are not limited to: Level area, approximately 16’ x 20’, where dog kennel will be placed. This area has a mild slope and will need to be excavated and leveled. 2. Compact ¾” minus gravel base in excavated area to grade. Gravel must be a minimum of 4” thick after compacting and allow water to run away from the kennel. 3. Trench, install water and electrical, then backfill approximately 30’ to kennel site. 4. Construct (or install pre-built) 8’ x 14’ dog kennel on excavated area and make all necessary water and electrical connections to kennel.
