Specifications include, but are not limited to: The contractor must have personnel and equipment to adequately respond to a variety of plumbing, pipefitting, mechanical, HVAC, metal working, and/or fabricating work projects. Specific areas of expertise sought (but not limited to) include: Indoor water systems repair, replacement and installation; water heater repair and installation; grease trap install and maintenance; sink drain to main sewer maintenance and camera inspections; sewer line repair and replacement; water line repair and replacement; natural gas pipe work; fire protection pipe work; utility line repair and replacement; HVAC repair and replacement; plumbing maintenance and repairs; general building utility service work; chillers; cooling towers; air handling units; rooftop units; condensers; pumps; variable frequency drives; Controls (digital/pneumatic); Refrigerant piping; design and installation sheet metal and fabricating; retrofitting and replacement; air filtration, distribution and balance; start-up, commissioning of new building systems; and repair and maintenance for commercial facility heating and air conditioning systems.
