Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.1. TRAFFIC CONTROL 3.1.1. Provide a minimum of 3 certified Law Enforcement Peace Officers and adequate support staff to provide continuous traffic control on State Route (SR) 74 (a.k.a. Carefree Highway) at the 2 designated event entrance points for ingress and egress from 7 a.m. to an hour after the event has concluded (5 p.m. on Saturday, 4 p.m. on Sunday). Contractor must obtain any/all necessary permits to direct traffic on Highway 74 (a.k.a Carefree Highway). 3.2. PARKING SERVICES 3.2.1. Provide 24 support staff (no certification required) to continuously direct traffic from Carefree Highway to parking areas and parking spaces, as well as out of the event from the parking areas to Carefree Highway, for approximately 30,000 attendees from 7 a.m. to an hour after the event has concluded. 3.2.2. Provide radio communication or similar methods for communication among parking personnel. 1 radio provided by AZGFD to communicate with AZGFD parking lead. 3.2.3. Provide safety vests, flags, and additional equipment/supplies needed by personnel. 3.2.4. All transportation for personnel during the event to be provided by Contractor. 3.2.5. Contractor shall provide all traffic/parking markers needed to ensure safe ingress, egress and parking for attendees. 3.3. MEDICAL SERVICES 3.3.1. Contractor shall provide four (4) certified Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT) to staff two EMT/First Aid Stations, minimum of two (2) EMT’s per Station each day, for basic first aid support and emergency services as needed. 3.3.2. Contractor shall provide 1 onsite emergency vehicle in case of need for transport, AZGFD to provide 2 First aid stations. 3.3.3. Contractor shall provide all medical equipment and supplies for basic first aid and any emergency services as needed. 3.3.4. Drinks, meals, and/or snacks for personnel to be provided by the Contractor.
