Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Contractor shall provide all services as described in Section 22.3, Cleaning Specifications. b. Contractor shall provide services three days per week (preferably Monday, Wednesday, and Friday). On cleaning days that fall under a holiday or authorized closure, County and Contractor may agree to a modified schedule during that specific week. c. Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and cleaning supplies. d. Contractor shall provide service during regular business hours or according to a schedule agreed to between Marion County Clerk’s Office (“County”) and Contractor. e. .Contractor shall ensure all Contractor employees follow County sign-in/out process for building. f. Contractor understands that this is a secure facility and Contractor’s staff shall only enter secure areas, such as the file storage room noted in the Floor Plan at the end of this Scope, upon the request of County, an agent of County, or if an agent of County is present in one of these areas. g. In the event additional cleaning services are needed outside of the cleaning services rendered each weekday, Contractor shall work with County to provide such services at a reasonable and competitive rate. h. Call Back – When services are performed in a manner unsatisfactory to County personnel, a call back email will be made. A two (2) hour response window, by email, will be granted by County for the Contractor to address complaints. If the complaint is not acted upon within the two (2) hour window, the County reserves the right to seek other assistance and withhold that day’s cleaning fee from the Contractor. i. The Contractor should take into consideration Call Back, vacation and sick time for staffing purposes.
