Specifications include, but are not limited to: - Rooms and work areas will be accessible and free of student belongings; in the event any items are not removed or relocated sufficiently so work area is clear of obstacles, Bidder shall notify WVU Tech staff and items will be moved. Bidder shall not move or relocate any personal items of the students. - Bidder to: o Cover floor to adequately protect from damage and debris. o Remove existing PTAC units. Units marked with red sticker are to be turned over to WVU Tech; all others are to be disposed by Bidder. o Remove and replace wall sleeve. o Clean exterior grill and ensure it is secure. o Replace condensate drain. o Install new PTAC units. o Clean up any water or debris. o Test new units for proper functionality.
