Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of work is to provide labor, materials, and equipment to replace approximately the 14,530 SF roof and interior repairs such as walls, ceilings and floors at the Animal Services Building, 319 Davidson Drive, Hot Springs. The materials shall be of a new, current design production model, and available to the commercial market. The bid shall include one copy of the manufacturer's published specification and warranty. 1. Tear off existing metal roof and replace all components per manufacturer's specification including removing any unnecessary penetrations and capping them. 2. Overlay existing metal roof, sealing existing roof and all components per manufacturer's specification including removing any unnecessary penetrations and capping them. (This option requires the City's approval) 3. Repair interior damaged walls, including painting. 4. Repair exterior damaged walls, including painting. 5. Repair damaged ceiling acoustic tile. 6. Repair damaged flooring.
