Specifications include, but are not limited to: The DOH is initiating this RFP to obtain a SI Firm to provide design, development (including configuration), and implementation (DDI) services (including enhancements) for a Behavioral Health Administration (BHA) case management and interoperable IT solution (this IT solution is subsequently referred to as INSPIRE and INSPIRE-PLUS). The single, modernized IT solution will replace legacy systems by leveraging and expanding upon the DOH’s existing enterprise IT solution (referred to as INSPIRE) which is currently used by the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Division (CAMHD) and the Developmental Disabilities Division (DDD). This solicitation is to for the INSPIRE-PLUS development for the Alcohol and Drug Abuse Division (ADAD) and must include interoperable components to support clinical functions and processes, as appropriate.
