Specifications include, but are not limited to: Aircraft brokerage service to sell its King Air 350 aircraft. The University requests the Selected Broker work with Procurement Services to effect an expeditious sale. It is the University’s desire to have the aircraft sold within 90 calendar days of contract signing. The University requests a fee based contract to broker the sale of the aircraft. The University will provide the awarded broker upon request with: • Current market appraisal report • Maintenance records • Logbooks • Photos of aircraft if needed • Any and all records or documents required to effect a sale • The aircraft will be available to schedule to transfer the Broker’s facilities upon contact signing The Broker will: • Confirm market appraisal(s) • Provide a venue for interested parties to view and test fly the aircraft • Limit test flights to no longer than 2 hours per client unless a longer time is approved by ISU • Develop a contract for sale, closing and other transactional documents. • Perform or arrange to be performed any necessary title and lien searches for the aircraft • Arrange for any needed escrow services • Verify all FAA required modifications or service directives have been complied with and all FAA required documentation completed • Advertise the aircraft on websites and media having a national audience • Work with Procurement Services to establish price negotiation levels which will meet the goal of having the aircraft sold in 90 days
