Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City will provide – clover payment devices with card-only sales for all alcohol and water that is to be sold. 2. The City will provide a diversified beer product offering for sale during the events. 3. The City will provide refrigeration for the product, radio communication between the servers and Event Staff, ID verification staff, and wristbands for all customers who are purchasing alcohol. 4. The Provider and their staff must arrive at least one hour prior to the door opening. The product shall be placed on ice in the concession stand and ready for sale at the time of event opening. 5. The Provider's staff must be well organized with apparel that will identify each member as the Provider's staff. 6. The Provider must secure all alcohol in a locked trailer right outside of the concession stand when alcohol sales stop. 7. The Provider must guarantee a minimum of three alcohol Bartenders for each event listed above. 8. The Provider is allowed to place a tip jar for the purpose of receiving cash tips. 9. The City will be responsible for all related sale tax payments to the State of Utah Tax Commission
