Clearfield City will provide the parcel located at approximately 115 West 750 North, also identified as parcel number 14-089-0004, which was purchased using Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds, to an Agency to assist with the construction of a single home on the above stated parcel. Upon completion, the home will be sold to a qualifying family. The building permit is estimated to cost approximately $7,361.37 ND Sewer $ 3,454.03 NDFD Impact $ 200.00 Water Usage $ 1,833.19 Storm Water $ 64.00 Sewer Connection $ 500.00 Sewer $861.15 Water Meter $ 449.00 TOTAL $7,361.37 b. The Agency will be responsible for creating and accepting applications from potential, qualified home buyers. The buyer must meet United States Department of Housing and Urban Development qualifications and must obtain third party financing. Both the Agency and the City will review the applications and will have equal weight on determining who will be accepted as the homebuyer.
