Specifications include, but are not limited to: The PROJECT will consist of removing an existing undersized culvert and installing a larger box culvert, grading and compacting fill, removal and replacement of reinforced concrete headwalls and wing walls, placement of riprap in the channel, and rebuilding and paving 300 West per the plans and specifications near the current crossing of Dry Creek and 300 West. The project also includes the furnishing and installation of all materials; all labor; supplies; tools, equipment, parts, rentals, fuels, utilities, subcontractors, suppliers, mobilization and all other cost including overhead and profit necessary to complete the project based on construction plans per APWA standards and City specifications.
