Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. Utah Honor Flight is a 501c3 charity that exists to enable veterans to visit the war memorials built in their honor. The mission is to honor the veterans with respect and gratitude for their service and sacrifice. UHF currently runs four standard missions each year, escorting 75 veterans and their guardians to Washington DC over a two-day period. All UHF missions are funded through various generous donations, which cover the cost for veterans ($1,050 each). Guardians pay their own way. A mission consists of a chartered plane, hotel rooms for one night, three buses, meals, awards, and gratuities. Utah Honor Flight is the Only Honor Flight Program in the State that Provides this Service
