Specifications include, but are not limited to: Project A: Upstairs Board Room / New Office Space 1. Remove the bar, sink, refrigerator, and lower cabinets (keep lower cabinets for re-use) plug/cap utilities and finish back to the finished wall surface. 2. Seal and varnish wood floor where the bar area is removed 3. Add dividing walls and doors for office spaces a. Close doorway space left after doors removed b. Close Aquarium space 4. Remove double doors between renovated space 5. Install 2 36” doors provided by R9, into hallway to access office per R9 location approval - trim out to match existing 6. Remove old plumbing and electrical 7. Add return air in new office space 8. Trim out baseboards to match existing 9. Relocate thermostat to hallway in location approved by R9 *All project requirements Project B: Conference Room Remodel 1. Frame interior wall to accommodate a new interior storefront double door to be provided under Project D, 2. 2. Remove the roll up door from the Internal Support office. Frame in opening and install a 36 inch glass door into the opening. The opening where the door is installed is larger than the glass doors and will require a finished wall. a. Single interior french door b. Stile and rail constructed french door slab prehung on 4-9/16 in. primed wood jamb c. Door slab size: 36 in. x 80 in. d. Overall unit dimension: 37.5 in. x 81.75 in. e. Suggested rough opening: 38 in. x 82.25 in. f. Full lite clear tempered glass g. 3 satin nickel hinges - 2-1/8 in. single bore h. Right-hand out swing i. Or comparable product 3. Add bathrooms as detailed on drawings attached. Contractor to provide options for stall partitions. (See Addendum A) 4. Contractor will need to ascertain all plumbing requirements, concrete cuts, and replacement of the subfloor in preparation for the finish floor for bathrooms, conference room and vestibule. 5. Contractor will be required to ensure the sloped floor from interior double door to exterior double door is finished to allow for the installation of a finished floor. 6. Provide installation cost for finish flooring, per specification on Addendum A, in the vestibule, conference room and bathrooms. Provide cost per square foot for following flooring options: a. Stained and sealed concrete b. Ceramic Tile - grouted and sealed c. Vinyl flooring - sheet or click in place d. Carpet squares e. Other as suggested by contractor in agreement with R9 7. Replace all ceiling tiles in the conference room. 8. Remove all metal railings around the IT room. 9. Build wall on side of IT room 10. Build floor deck to match conference room height in current IT office area. 11. Fur out the fireplace wall to cover the existing rock wall, finish, paint, and trim. 12. Remove all existing vinyl base and replace after finish flooring is installed.. 13. Add walls and door to the interior conference room space per Addendum B, finish and trim to match the room. 14. Cut and install outside window in new office space (coffee area), seal, trim and finish window to match interior and exterior finishes.
