Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide staff structure to process all aspects of the licensure process, including issuing license, renewal and any actions against the license according to SD law and Board policy. 3.2 Maintain an office that deals effectively and positively with the public and license applicants. 3.3 Maintain an office that assists Credentialing Agencies with application screening and eligibility determination. 3.4 Maintain database, files and appropriate documentation for all licensees. 3.5 Staff would serve as liaison between Attorney General’s office and Complaints Officer on all complaints received. 3.6 Produce correspondence pertinent to requests received by daily mail, email and phone calls. Maintain sufficient office hours to be accessible to the public. 3.7 Oversee administration of appropriate fiscal records, preparation of annual budget and financial records. 3.8 Provide administration services related to continuing education units.
