Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.1 Contractor shall replace concrete ADA parking stalls at the Ellis Golf Clubhouse, located at 1401 Zika Avenue NW, Cedar Rapids, IA. 2.2 Contractor shall follow construction plans attached to this bid. 2.3 All concrete shall be poured to meet all applicable 2010 Department of Justice ADA specifications for slope and other applicable items. Failure to meet ADA slopes will be cause for the area out of compliance to be removed and re-poured at Contractor’s expense. 2.4 All work shall be in accordance with Iowa Statewide Urban Design and Specifications (SUDAS), current version. SUDAS documents may be found online at https://iowasudas.org. If there is a discrepancy between SUDAS and the City’s Bid Documents, the City’s Bid Documents take precedence.
