Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project shall consist of clearing trees and stumps, including the disposal of materials, planting replacement trees, and erecting replacement fencing as identified and described on the attached plans and specification. The trees and the stumps that are shown on the plans to be removed shall be disposed of either by burning on Property #1 or otherwise removed from the site. Clearing shall consist of the cutting and removal of all trees and their stumps where designated on the plans and the removal of existing stumps where indicated. Holes left after stump removal are to be backfilled with suitable material of which the top 12 inches shall be topsoil. The contractor shall supply this backfill material. These backfilled areas are to be graded smoothly for positive drainage and then seeded, fertilized, and mulched to achieve a suitable stand of grass. The graded area shall be suitable for mowing with a home lawnmower. All areas disturbed by construction equipment shall be restored to their original condition.
