Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Family Strengthening and Violence Prevention Unit (FSVPU) is a part of the Maternal and Child Health Branch within the Family Health Services Division of the Hawaii State Department of Health (DOH). A vital mission of the FSVPU is to lead island communities in supporting and enhancing the potential for healthy solutions among Hawaii's women, children, and families through primary prevention efforts. One primary prevention strategy is leadership and coordination of Safe Sleep efforts to prevent sleep-related deaths of infants in the state of Hawaii. Part of this includes leadership in Safe Sleep Hawaii, a coalition of public and private agencies and advocates committed to working together to promote safe sleep in our state. The CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for the following tasks and responsibilities: Serve as the expert or procure expertise in planning implementing and providing the technical support to host a virtual summit. Oversee and manage virtual summit details such as designing event flyers, developing agendas, and provide online registration; and securing appropriate virtual platform (s) as needed; Ensure live technical support before and during a virtual summit training events to address sign-in, and other technical problems; Schedule and facilitate meetings with FSVPU, presenters, and SSH coalition members to plan for the summit as needed; Serve as the point of contact and liaison for registrants and presenters for summit; Collaborate with FSVPU on the management and distribution of all summit supplies and materials; Provide a summary of attendance for the summit that will include but not limited to: the name, title and organization of each attendee; Record and archive the summit on a universally accessible platform to enable on demand opportunities;
