Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Work generally includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following major elements: 1. Removal of building materials and components, including selected existing mechanical and electrical systems. 2. Offsite disposal of all removed materials. 3. Mechanical: a. Provision and installation of exhaust fans to existing garage apparatus bays and ventilation to basements. b. Provision and installation of residential and commercial kitchen exhaust systems for multiple fire stations. c. Provision and installation of DPW controls upgrades. 4. Provision and installation of electrical connections to new mechanical equipment and controls, adding new electrical panels as needed to support new mechanical equipment.
