Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Replace 2 hoists at Jack Trice Stadium- 1 on north scoreboard and 1 on the south scoreboard. 2. Replace the existing hoists with equivalent new model. 3. Replace 2 material handling lifting platforms/boxes (one on north scoreboard and 1 on south scoreboard) which are approximately the same dimensions as existing platforms. Platforms must be built in compliance with ASME B30.20 and BTH-1. 4. Data plates and load testing documents shall be provided to ISU before units are turned over. 5) The hole in the existing structure that the platform passes through needs to have a protected cover (which can be moved, removed for the platform to pass through) fabricated and installed to allow for proper and inspections by ISU staff. 6) Structure modifications shall meet local, state, federal regulations. 7) For any structural modifications, the awarded Contractor must provide drawings that have been reviewed/approved by a professional engineer to ISU to review the proposed modification before the modification is made. 8) Platform frame dimensions are approximately, 36" O.D. length X 36" O.D. width X 46”. Contractor will be responsible for actual measurements before work starts. 9) ISU is providing some pictures for reference only. (See Attachments Tab) 10) Awarded contractor shall take care not to damage the ISU property around the work area.
