Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.1.1 Telescoping Mast Tower Kit 3.1.1.1 Mast must be telescoping and minimum of 40-foot height. 3.1.1.2 Mast must be able to handle a minimum payload of 30 lbs. 3.1.1.3 Mast must have an interlocking mast section or sections so it can be broken down into sections for easy transport (i.e., not a singular unit). 3.1.1.4 Kit must have a tripod for the telescoping mast, minimum 10 foot suggested. 3.1.1.5 Tripod must have a built-in level, base plates, telescoping legs, and a cam lock system. 3.1.1.6 Kit must have all mounting hardware (i.e., pole mounts and/or side arms) for up to three directional Yagi antennas (round boom). 3.1.1.7 Kit must have 6 strand guy wire or equivalent, enough for guying one telescoping mast tower. 3.1.1.8 Kit must have additional guy rope set, if not included Item 3.1.1.7, to have a primary and secondary guy rope set (i.e., more than one set anchored to ground). 3.1.1.9 Kit must include guy stakes/anchors (n= 8 minimum, or 4 per set). 3.1.1.10 Kit when installed must have minimum wind rating of 70 mph.
