Specifications include, but are not limited to: Project scope includes approximately 110,000 gross square feet of new building construction, site development, parking areas, drives and infrastructure improvements and the renovation of 12,400 of existing to remain spaces on the main campus. The buildings will consist of educational spaces to accommodate technical college academic programs and required support spaces. Spaces will include, but not limited to, both high and standard ceiling height laboratories, classrooms, covered storage, faculty, staff, and student support spaces. Laboratories will be designed to simulate a work environment for the practical applications of instruction and skill. Project may include planning for future project on a separate site. Final phases will include demolition of select vacated buildings and abandoned utilities and adaptation of vacated space for the completion of the site development portion of the work to include but not limited to parking, pedestrian walks, and green space. This project will include multiple phases and early release of contract documents and equipment procurement packages.
