Specifications include, but are not limited to: Construct new visitor center, maintenance facility, boardwalk, boat ramp, trail bridges, utility infrastructure, amenities, and all required related work. Designer Scope: Construct an approximately 7,500 square foot visitor center with interpretive space, indoor event space, conference room, gift shop, public and staff restrooms, staff office space, storage, as well as required parking and site upgrades. Construct an approximately 2,500 square foot maintenance facility with service bays, work space, tool storage, office space, and restroom, as well as required parking and site upgrades. The scope also includes boardwalk, overlook, parking facilities, and park amenities at Middle Fork Bottoms and all required related work.
