Specifications include, but are not limited to: Activity A: The Ed Fellows Liaison shall: 1. Be responsible for a regional caseload of Fellows a. Be responsive to the needs of Ed. Fellows via email, zoom, phone, or in person as needed b. Check in with Ed. Fellows via newsletter, community of practice, coaching, or a professional development session at least once a month 2. Establish relationships with Ed. Fellows, Mentor Teachers, and building administrators who they are working with 3. Work with the Educator Fellows to evaluate the educational needs of each individual Fellow 4. The Liaison shall provide instructional support and coaching to their assigned Ed. Fellows 5. The Liaison will work with partners to create onboarding training, professional development, and academies for the Educator Fellows 6. The Liaison shall deliver professional development to the Educator Fellows 7. The Liaison shall evaluate Ed Fellow portfolio submissions Activity B: The Professional Development Coordinator shall: 1. Develop registration, sign in logs, and surveys needed for the Ed. Fellows Program 2. Provide instructional and technical support to Liaisons responsible for delivering professional development and community of practice sessions 3. Be responsive to the needs of Ed. Fellows liaisons via email, zoom, phone, or in person as needed 4. Establish relationships with Ed. Fellows, Mentor Teachers, and building administrators who they are working with 5. Provide instructional support and coaching to other Ed. Fellow Liaisons 6. Work with partners to create onboarding training, professional development, and communities of practice for the Educator Fellows 7. Research current best practices and techniques in order to develop the most current professional development modules 8. Deliver professional development to the Educator Fellows as needed 9. Serve as the main point of contact for learning management system
