Specifications include, but are not limited to: removing and reroof entire “flat" roof areas over the Aupuni Center building, replace sloped rigid insulation material over existing wood plywood substrate, remove/replacing scupper and downspout throughout, replacing roof and overflow drains, remove/replacing metal reglets and flashing, replace gutters, remove/replace existing roof hatch and exterior duct work. Additive Alternates : No. 1 – Demolition of lower and upper soffit panels and lighting, installation of new fiber-cement soffit panels and new lighting as indicated in contract documents; No. 2 – Removal of existing recessed port cochere 2’ x 4’ lighting, installation of new recessed mount lighting and new surface mounted fixtures; and No. 3 – Exterior painting of building walls, columns, flashing, roofing, soffit areas, and areas as indicated in contract documents. The Office of the Prosecuting Attorney is a secured facility, Contractors are required to provide a list of all employees for back-ground search / verification / approval before they’re allowed to work on site. Verification procedures will be implemented by the Prosecuting Attorney personnel, employees without verification approval will not be allowed to work on site.
