Specifications include, but are not limited to: Construction Services for tunnel washer and building improvements to Molecular and Cellular Biology, located on the east bank of the Twin Cities campus. The Project includes building improvements to the laboratory equipment washroom at the basement of the Molecular and Cellular Biology Building and the replacement of existing tunnel and cage washer equipment. Work to include new finishes in wash rooms, updates to service connections and utility infrastructure serving washers, cart washer pit, ventilation improvements, lighting replacement. Equipment provided by owner and final connections made by equipment provider. Successful Respondent will be responsible for all utility shut downs, modifications, and reconfiguration for new equipment per the Contract documents.
