Specifications include, but are not limited to: Thoroughly inspect, tour, and patrol the site which includes the two-story office building consisting of approximately 17,800 sq. ft. and its surrounding area of approximately 76,000 sq. ft. (see the attached site plan). The perimeter of the building must be patrolled to ensure doors and windows are secure and having been no break-ins or unauthorized individuals inside the building or loitering around the parking lot area. The interior of the building must be patrolled to accomplish the same. Duties shall include reporting of potentially hazardous or unsafe conditions, unauthorized trespassing by individuals, inoperable exterior security lights, unlocked doors, fences, or gates, etc., to an authorized DHHL representative. Monitoring devices (at least 12 check stations) shall be furnished & installed to verify check points were covered during the patrol route. One (1) interior check every hour and one (1) exterior check every hour.
