Specifications include, but are not limited to: Work under the Contract consists of: Rehabilitating the two 30" steel discharge lines at the Peninsula Drainage District No. 2 NE 13th Ave Pump Station. This work includes but is not limited to demolishing the existing outfall structure, including the lower 30 feet of each discharge line and the timber pile structure supporting the outfall; removing and preserving the upper 30 feet of each existing discharge line; constructing a temporary work area and bypass piping system; installing helical piles and structure to support the new energy dissipator and discharge piping; placing quarry spalls and soil fill above and below the water level; furnishing and installing a new 48-inch-diameter HDPE energy dissipator assembly, reinstalling the upper 30 feet of each existing 30-inch discharge line; furnishing and installing new 36-inch steel pipe to replace the lower 30 feet of each discharge line; erosion and sediment control; and site restoration. The work will be conducted above and below the ordinary high water mark of Columbia Slough, including in-water work, and compliance with all applicable permits will be required.
