Specifications include, but are not limited to: CIHA would like to engage real estate services on the initial 6 Coronado Park units, with the ability to expand to the full 12 units on Lot 17, and up to an additional 16 units on Lots 5 and/or 6. Ability to close on units quickly is key to being able to advance construction in 2024. Successful vendors will have strong understanding of the for-sale real estate market in Eagle River and the marketing and sale strategies necessary to secure qualified buyers. Services to be contracted through this RFP include, but are not limited to: • Marketing and advertising activities • Managing residential real estate purchase and sale agreements on behalf of CIHA, including coordination with seller’s agent and title company • Presenting counteroffers to CIHA for approval or denial
