Specifications include, but are not limited to: GENERAL: It is the intention of these specifications to describe minimum requirements for one (1), 4 post conventional lift. The 60,000 lb. minimum capacity heavy duty lift will handle large commercial, construction and mass transit vehicles. A conventional lift shall be a 4-post lift with each post working as a complete unit and hard-wired with a single control panel. A battery powered lift is not acceptable. It must be hard-wired to the building. The required voltage is 230V-480V. LIFT: Lifting capacity: 60,000 lbs. minimum. Maximum wheelbase: 28’. Minimum rise height: 73’. Maximum overall length: 38’. Maximum overall width: 17’ 1.25”. Speed of rise: Maximum 75 seconds OIL DRAIN PAN KIT: One (1) drain pan kit, with adjustable width. ROLLING JACK BEAMS: Two (2) rolling jack beams, capacity to meet requirements of lift. AIR HOSE KIT: One (1) internal air-line kit for dual rolling jack operation. REGULATIONS: Unit shall meet any ANSI, ALI, and state or federal OSHA regulations as applicable. MANUALS: Two (2) operator manuals, two (2) parts books and two (2) service manuals shall be delivered along with the equipment. All manuals and parts books must be current with unit delivered. STANDARD EQUIPMENT: Unit shall contain all standard equipment listed as such in the manufacturer's latest literature unless otherwise stated within these specifications. ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT: Unit shall contain any additional equipment, not specifically mentioned but necessary, to make a Complete and Workable unit.
