Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Provide ongoing supply/delivery of RNG to designated RNG fueling sites for City vehicles. 2. Engineering and design, materials provision, installation, operations & maintenance (O&M), network management, repair/replacement, and other related tasks for providing RNG fueling station infrastructure at designated City sites. 3. Ability to provide RNG fueling services to additional City sites other than those already identified in this RFP, as the City’s fleet of CNG vehicles grows, ensuring that future expansions of the RNG fueling service program are seamlessly integrated into the (then existing) RNG fueling service systems (billing, maintenance, reporting, etc.). 4. All-inclusive $/GGE pricing for the proposed turnkey RNG fueling service solution, incorporating on-site RNG fueling infrastructure, maintenance, RNG fuel, as well as associated administrative and project management tasks and services. 5. RNG reporting on a per vehicle and per fueling occurrence basis. See RFP Attachment A Section 2.1.3 and 2.8. 6. Provide full transparency through quarterly reporting on associated Oregon Clean Fuels Program credits and Renewable Identification Numbers (RINs) associated with the City’s RNG purchases. 7. Responsive customer service. See RFP Attachment A Section 2.7. 8. Optional Supplemental Services: off-site RNG fueling and/or CNG vehicle acquisition incentives. While the City may not initially contract for these optional services there is the possibility that the City may exercise the option to obtain these supplemental services, or take advantage of acquisition incentives in the future.
