Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The Contractor is responsible for familiarizing themselves with the sites and point out any potential problems before starting the job. 2. All service conduits and cables, including pull strings; re-routing of conduits and switches as necessary. 3. All distribution including specified panels, feeders to panels, disconnect switches, meter centers, breakers, and fuses; including branch circuit breakers as specified when applicable; upgraded as necessary. 4. All electrical baseboard heaters and adjoining wall thermostats, if applicable 5. Standard emergency lighting and LED exit signs 6. All electrical boxes on party walls and ceilings to be in accordance with the electrical code. 7. Smoke detectors in all units and in common areas in accordance to plan and code 19 requirements; including installation of hearing-impaired devices in locations as specified by the HACC and/or WSMDC. 8. Wiring and connection to all mechanical, (plumbing and HVAC) required for the project. 9. All wiring and hook-ups for elevators as required by the elevator contractor. 10. Parking lot pole(s) and pathway lighting as designated by HACC, 11. Complete troubleshooting and repairing existing electrical systems from the utility electric meter to the source of the problem. 12. Installation of new equipment that requires a licensed electrician
