Specifications include, but are not limited to: Assessment and design of (4) parking lot locations approximately translating to 279,707.8 square feet of assessment. Parking lot locations are 1. North Lakes Soccer Complex, 2. Emily fowler Library, 3. MLK Recreation Center, and 4. Avondale Park (site maps shown below). The resulting assessment and design provide the organization with an asset condition which staff utilizes to guide maintenance, repair, and capital improvement plans. The pavement management system consists of an inventory, condition assessment, and its analysis. This will identify maintenance options, help prioritize rehabilitating pavement for immediate attention, and anticipate future deterioration. The information is directed toward achieving the best possible value for the available funds in providing smooth, safe, and economical pavement surfaces. The successful bidder will assess the condition of all square feet based on ASTM standards. The successful bidder will develop the condition assessment and deliver the condition assessment in a geodatabase. A final written report will encompass the project, including the process and results as well as a management plan with probable repair costs. Defined in the report will be the following categories and recommended plan: • Deficiencies in a critical category, that is, those requiring action. • Assess lighting and ADA needs, that require action. • Action plan cost analysis. • Design cost and options based on the recommendations from the assessment. The successful bidder will collect location and attribute data for parking lot and pavement markings and striping and for all signs. ROW databases will be developed and delivered as a geodatabase.
