Specifications include, but are not limited to: Pursuant to the Arizona Procurement Code, A.R.S. §41-2501 et seq., the State of Arizona Department of Transportation (Department), has a requirement for Airport Pavement Management Systems (APMS) Program construction & Maintenance Services at 14 airports in Arizona. 4.1.1.The work shall conform to the requirements of the General Provisions (Division I), the Special Provisions (Division II), the Technical Provisions (Division III), Project Plans and the other Requirements which are a part of these specifications. All Provisions can be found in the solicitation documents in the Arizona Procurement Portal (APP). 4.1.2. For airports with multiple projects, the Contractor shall bid for all projects at an airport; the Contractor cannot break bids up by the list of individual projects. See Exhibit 3, Work Detail, for the list of projects.
