Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Implementation of the Capitol Mall Design Framework project as designed and approved by the Capitol Area Architectural and Planning Board (CAAPB) to complete the SD, DD, and CD phases to construction project estimated cost to be $ 5 million. b. Providing site civil background and investigation of the Capitol Mall space allocated for the framework update. d. Design will also include patching of finishes, and repair of landscaping as needed based on equipment needed to replace the lighting. e. Project Budgeted/Cost of Construction Provide detailed cost breakdown(s) to the State at end of SD, DD, and CD Phase. f. Design to be approved after each stage of SD, DD, and CD phases by the CAAPB board and FMD. g. Attendance at coordination meetings called by CAAPB staff and consultant team leading the Capitol Mall Design Framework. h. The State will have biweekly scheduled conference calls during the design phase. Weekly schedule on-site and/or conference calls will take place during the construction phase. Additional meetings may need to be added with the CAAPB board and SHPO as needed.
