Specifications include, but are not limited to: Septic Pumping Services. Contractor shall provide general Septic and Vault Pumping Services to locations within OPRD’s Deschutes River Management Unit. Services under this Contract include, but is not limited to: a) Removal of effluent fluids from vault toilets, portable toilets, septic tanks, and sewer lines; and b) Repair and maintenance of septic systems. Maintenance Services and Materials. Contractor shall provide system evaluations, repair, maintenance, and upgrades to locations within OPRD’s Deschutes River Management Unit. Contractor shall provide estimates to OPRD prior to commencement of work for all services related to system repairs, maintenance, or upgrades. Each estimate must include: • Itemized parts required for Contractor to provide the system repair(s) or system upgrade(s). OPRD may elect to provide the required parts/materials to the Contractor. • Hourly rates; and • Additional surcharges. Deliverables: Contractor must provide to OPRD, any and all manuals for newly installed products.
