Specifications include, but are not limited to: This solicitation is for a General Contractor/Construction Manager-at-Risk (“GCCM”) to provide preconstruction services during the design process of a Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority (“LRWRA”) project that will involve enhancements and additions to the solids handling processes at the Fourche Creek Water Reclamation Facility (FCWRF). The project will include the design and construction of a new sludge thickening building and its components, as well as a new electrical support room. The project will also include the installation of new sludge pumps and new pumped mixing systems. The Contractor shall be familiar with the GCCM delivery method, as this project will be delivered through a GCCM process. The GCCM will provide the services for the project in a two (2) phase approach, preconstruction and construction. Responders should demonstrate their experience with providing GCCM services.
