Specifications include, but are not limited to: Building Specifications General: • Log kits to be customizable for size and number of rooms, doors, walls, windows, floor plans, and loft options. • Plans must have Engineer Stamp approval • Building must use Everlast TM Glu - Laminated Logs o Kiln Dried o Resistant to warping, twisting, and settling o Kiln dried to 15% or below moisture content o Kiln dried below the 19% fungi threshold o Full length up to 28’ long o Precision notched for exact fit and structural integrity o Option for “D” or “Flat” profile Building Specifications Roof: • Kits will have option to include roofing insulation • Kits will have the option for a covered porch with or without railings • Kits will have the option for metal or shingle roof • Kits will have laminated Beams, trusses, ridge and rafter system Building Specifications Foundation: • Kits will have the option for cement slab foundation or on cement pillars depending on size and building requirements Building Specifications Flooring: • Cabins- Joists or pressure treated sleepers with 2x6 cabin grade flooring • Loft- loft beams and 2x6 cabin grade flooring Building Specifications Electrical: • Option to electrify kits upon construction • 12/2 and 12/3 Romex wiring and must be rodent proof • Logs for kits requiring electricity must be pre-drilled at a size of 1 1/8” for additional enlarged opening for conduit for electrical wiring • GFCI outlets, boxes, switches, grommets • Light fixtures • Light bulbs • CO & Smoke Detectors • NEC Code Building Specifications Doors: • Standard steel Entrance Door • Interior solid core 6 panel door • ADA available • Slider or patio door upgrade available • Interior door, bucks, trim, and hardware included
