Specifications include, but are not limited to: Remove existing roofing and replace with 4-ply built up roof. Install new roof access ladders. Remove existing skylights and replace with new. Provide deck infill at penetration locations. 1.8 MECHANICAL/ELECTRICAL MODIFICATIONS: Remove obsolete mechanical curbs, including ducting and electrical lines back to the point of origin. Remove and reinstall existing mechanical equipment. Replace existing curbs with new 30" high mechanical curbs to accommodate new 12" base flashing height requirements. Extend and modify ductwork/electrical lines as necessary. Extend vent stack piping as shown on the Drawings. Provide and install new roof drain bowls at existing drain locations.
