Specifications include, but are not limited to: a) The Service provider should support BGP v4 peering with Full + Static Route Advertising. b) Internet service should include a contiguous Class C Block of provider-assigned IPv4 addresses and allow a said block to be advertised through any other multi-homed providers the district may contract in the future. c) The service provider should support routing of district-registered blocks of IP addresses through ARIN (American Registry for Internet Numbers). d) Handoff should be quantity 2, 10G-LR, Single-Mode with LC ports via service provider-owned and managed network facilities and will be terminated on District-owned routers. Service providers are required to support all industry standard and proprietary "layer 2" switching, trunking, and link aggregation protocols including but not limited to: 802.3ad (or equivalent link aggregation protocol), 802.1q/802.1aq to achieve the 20 Gbps links. e) The Service Provider must support ipv6 which includes the provider assigned ipv6 /21 block and allow said block to be advertised through any other multi-homed providers the district may contract in the future. f) The Service Provider shall provide Proactive Network Monitoring 24x7 g) The Service Provider shall provide District personnel with a means for monitoring interface connections and bandwidth utilization.
