Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Bend requests proposals from qualified Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (“SCADA”) software manufacturers (“Vendors”) to be used in selection of uniform SCADA software system for the City of Bend water filtration facility (“WFF”), water reclamation facility (“WRF”), collections system, and distribution system (collectively, “Utilities”). The Software system selected through this solicitation will become the City’s standard and will be used as the design basis for a forthcoming SCADA system replacement project focused on replacing the City’s existing Aveva InTouch (formerly WonderWare) system. This will be a twopart solicitation and no purchase will result from this RFP. Following the selection of a SCADA software system through this procurement, the City will solicit proposals from systems integrators to provide, install, configure, test, and commission the SCADA software system based on the results of this initial solicitation.
