Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of Tennessee, Department of Commerce and Insurance, Tennessee Board for Licensing Contractors, hereinafter referred to as “the State”, has issued this Informal Solicitation with the intent to award two (2) contracts to inspectors authorized by the State to conduct inspections and provide expert opinion testimony in formal administrative proceedings regarding the quality of construction work in Middle Tennessee completed by contractors licensed by the Tennessee Board for Licensing Contractors. Contracts will be awarded to those inspectors who meet the qualifications described herein and are located in and/or willing to provide services in Middle Tennessee.
