The City of Tucson intends to award this contract to multiple vendors based on the totals of Group A and Group B of the Price Page of this IFB. Due to the volatile nature of copper, each time the City has a need for these items, the City will request quotes from each of the awarded vendors. Quotes must be submitted to the City within 48 hours or by no later than the end of two business days. The vendor with the lowest price, item availability, and or best delivery time on that particular quote will be selected to provide the materials under the terms and conditions of this contract. In addition, awards will be based on NET price before taxes.
