Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Oakdale requests proposals from qualified professional planning firms to update the Oakdale Park System Plan, previously referred to as the Park Master Plans & Open Space Stewardship Plan. Due to growth in the City, changing demographics, interest in different park amenities, and aging park infrastructure, the City requires an updated Plan. Incorporating input from the community, the updated Plan will be a roadmap that identifies and prioritizes recommendations for improvements, schedules, costs, staffing, and funding opportunities. The selected firm must have proven experience and knowledge in park planning, project management, and community engagement.
